Managing Partner
Pedro is head of Excellium Capital Partners Investment Business and Corporate Finance activity in the Americas.
From 2004 until 2011 he was a partner and chief operating officer of Commercial Development Consulting Services, Inc., a Napa, CA based commercial real estate development company where he oversaw all operational aspects of the business: including design, agency approvals, financing, leasing and construction. From 2011 to 2013 he was Chief Operating Officer for OIS, LLC a Napa based EB-5 Real Estate company.
Pedro attended Lisbon’s Law School from 1985 to 1992. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French.
