Asset Tokenization

Asset tokenization is the process by which an issuer creates digital tokens on a distributed ledger or blockchain, which represent real assets.

Blockchain and distributed ledger technology guarantee that once you buy tokens representing an asset, no single authority can erase or change your ownership — your ownership of that asset remains entirely immutable (source: Hedera).

We believe the real estate private equity market is particularly well positioned to adopt tokenization due to its costly, paper-based and time-consuming processes, large ticket sizes and typically being an illiquid asset class, all of which tokenization promises to overcome.
